Our practice groups provide members a great way to network and engage with fellow civil trial lawyers with similar practices that provides opportunities to exchange information, ideas and litigation techniques.  Each of these groups is responsible, within its area of law, for monitoring developments, seeking ways and means of improving the law or procedure, and providing relevant continuing legal education opportunities to further the knowledge and skills of our members and furthering the interests of the Association as a whole.
