This year's CLE "Inside Out:  Learning How to Effectively Communicate In and Outside the Courtroom" will feature Legal Analyst, lawyer and author Lis Wiehl.  Ms. Wiehl will kick off the seminar with a special keynote address that will be sure to get us all talking. But that’s not it! Seminar highlights also include presentations by seasoned trial lawyers and commentators on topics of interest to every civil defense lawyer, all with an eye of helping you become a better communicator, whether arguing before a judge and jury or dealing with difficult clients and other attorneys (yes, we can be difficult too!). You can look forward as well to our bi-annual Recent Case Law update, participating in a hot ethics topic roundtable discussion and, of course, breakout sessions from our NCADA practice groups on informative topics ranging from construction to products liability to workers’ compensation.  Download complete Registration Brochure.
