October's Practice Pointers Series continues the discussion from March's Trial Prep session.  In Trial Preparation 102: More Legal Questions, Phases, & Steps, Dan and Mark will continue to guide you through the steps and phases that you need to anticipate and prepare for discovery, prepare for dispositive motions, and trial.  This discussion will provide insights and tips based on what experienced lawyers know to have been successful—and lessons they’ve learned when things have gone wrong.

The monthly Practice Pointer Series provides insight for young lawyers  into practical and substantive defense and litigation topics. Each session in the series will consist of 30- or 60-minute, drop-in Zoom meetings on the second Thursday of each month at noon.
