Join us for a riveting conversation on the technical and legal intricacies of the Notre-Dame Cathedral's restoration, post-fire. Using this iconic recovery as a backdrop, our discussion will cover the cathedral's history, cause theories, and public repair strategies. Delving into the typical phases of a technical investigation, we’ll explore scene documentation, evidence analysis, and repair approaches through a speculative lens. Furthermore, we'll discuss the legal side of such investigations, including how information is gathered through legal discovery processes like interrogatories and depositions. This dialogue aims to merge technical details with the legal realities they entail, offering a comprehensive insight into the challenges and considerations of significant restoration projects.

Matt Sams with Impact Forensics, PLLC will lead NCADA's Construction Group's next  "Tool Box Talk" on Thursday, April 3rd.  We'll have time for informal discussions to engage in dialogue, pose questions, and network with peers, fostering professional growth and knowledge exchange.

This is a Members Only discussion with construction law practitioners  to share and strategize around common trends affecting defense litigation in the construction practice.

When:  Thursday, April 3rd, starting at noon.

Where:  Zoom Meeting (this session will NOT be recorded; no CLE credit)
