To qualify for membership in the NCADA, an attorney must be a member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar. The attorney must devote a substantial portion of his or her professional time to the representation of individual defendants or businesses in civil litigation. For additional information regarding the membership criteria, please see the Bylaws of the NCADA. Applications for new members are reviewed by the Board of Directors at its quarterly meetings. Each applicant must be nominated by two current and active members of the NCADA. Regular Member dues are $275 per year. New members are invoiced upon approval for membership by the Board of Directors. The NCADA’s membership year runs from January 1 to December 31. Please choose one of the following applications: |
