The third session of the Practice Pointer Series features litigator Dana Hoffman of Young Moore and Henderson, P.A. Dana will highlight the importance of fostering mentor-mentee relationships for professional development. This series will provide young lawyers insight about mentors inside and outside the workplace, including how to seek out mentors and how to develop a meaningful, genuine relationship with your mentor. The mentor-mentee relationship is not a one-sided relationship, but a unique relationship that requires mutual respect, appreciation, flexibility, and reciprocity. This session is designed to last 60 minutes.
The monthly Practice Pointer Series provides insight for young lawyers into practical and substantive defense and litigation topics. Each session in the series will consist of 30- or 60-minute, drop-in Zoom meetings on the second Thursday of each month at noon.
