If There are Humans, There are Human Factors
Human factors psychology is the study of people interacting with their surrounding environment. As a human factors consultant, I apply my knowledge of human capabilities and limitations to each unique situation to assess the physical, sensory, and cognitive factors that caused a person to behave a certain way within the surrounding environment. This presentation will explore various product liability, premise liability, and vehicle/vulnerable road user collision cases through the lens of human factors theories and principles.
