NCADA's Construction Group invites you to our very first "Tool Box Talk" happening on Wednesday, October 9th! Luke Farley with Ellis & Winters will break down the ins and outs of OSHA - from how it works between the federal and state levels and share info on OSHA’s latest heat stress standard and the walk-around rule as examples.

We'll have time for informal discussions to engage in dialogue, pose questions, and network with peers, fostering professional growth and knowledge exchange.

This is a Members Only discussion with construction law practitioners  to share and strategize around common trends affecting defense litigation in the public sector.
