A contractor facing a defect claim has to view it like a multi-front war. In order to come out intact, the contractor needs to take advantage of its various remedies. This presentation will discuss issues including CGL and additional insured coverages, contract clauses, project-oriented strategies, and litigation management which can help lawyers help their contractors reduce and mitigate their risks before, during, and after defect claims.
