The first NCADA Young Lawyers monthly Practice Pointers Series is Thursday, February 9th. Join guest contributor, Sara Lincoln, Lincoln Derr, PLLC for a discussion on "The Distinction between a Litigator and a Trial Attorney." As a very active trial attorney, Sara will share insights on being a trial lawyer versus a litigator - or can you be both?
This new monthly series will provide insight for young lawyers into practical and substantive defense and litigation topics. The series will consist of 30- or 60-minute, drop-in Zoom meetings on the second Thursday of each month at noon.
